Great staff, very helpful, Mum likes going to Wilbraham and has made a few friends there in the past two visits. I'm hoping to place Mum there on a permanent basis should it become necessary. The manager is always there for help and advice. We feel really supported.
An outstanding care home with fantastic staff. Nothing is too much for the team, all of whom are so thoughtful and professional. We cannot thank everyone enough for all they have done.
The whole team at Wilbraham House have provided Mum with a welcoming, safe and friendly new home. It has given the family such peace of mind, and it's lovely to see her more interactive and engaged with others and with her surroundings than before moving in. The kindness and care of this wonderful group of staff is mixed with a professional attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. Great leadership, great team.
This was my husband's first time accessing respite care. The staff came for a preliminary assessment and PCR test, they were very reassuring and answered all queries. I was extremely pleased with their engagement with my husband. The care home was clean, friendly and it was good to see other residents socialising. My husband has spent a happy week and is looking forward to another visit.
I cannot praise Wilbraham House enough. My mum has been here nearly 4 years and she has been treated with so much love and care. I can relax knowing she is in a safe place. All of the staff are wonderful.
My mother is well settled there and she says they keep an eye on her and look after her well. Staff are always friendly, they keep me up to date with how my mother is regularly. I also like their Facebook page which shows a lot of the activities they provide and do to keep their residents occupied. The staff have also been very proactive during the pandemic to help keep the residents safe from Covid.
I cannot praise the manager and staff enough, for the way they have looked after Mum. Mum has dementia and came to Wilbraham House in crisis, at the beginning of the pandemic. The staff settled her in and nothing was too much trouble. Although we have not been able to go into the home, we have had contact via video call and or virtual tour of her room via video. All her needs seem to have been met, including activities and stimulation. Medical needs have been well catered for. I am totally happy with the care and service provided.
Wilbraham House is a lovely caring home. My father is happy there, is well looked after and loved. The staff know the names of all relatives and are all able to give an update on how my Dad slept and how he is eating. Excellent communication. I really can't recommend it highly enough.
I have satisfaction throughout the entire care home. It is a very homely, caring environment. Staff are always polite and the care Mum receives is excellent. The housekeeping team do an excellent job and the kitchen team are excellent also. The home has been recently refurbished which is nice too. I feel happy myself because I know Mum is looked after.
My nan lived here for many years until she passed away this month. I have got to say the staff are absolutely fantastic. I think they are the most caring people I have ever met. They go way above what they had to do for both my nan and all of my family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for a relative.
Wilbraham House staff have consistently given an extremely high level of care over the past 5 years. There is a strong sense of belonging akin to a family home environment which permeates across staff, residents and management alike. This also translates to the staff striving to understand individual needs and provide a safe, dignified, caring environment and a more personalised service. There is a wide range of weekly activities to suit everyone including provision for family participation which encourages and supports all concerned.
I have no hesitation in recommending Wilbraham House to anyone who faces such a difficult decision-making process. I am so grateful that we made the right decision in our time of need. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who have given tremendous care, above and beyond our expectations.
