Care services

The majority of bedrooms are en-suite and rooms are not assigned by care type. Instead, they encourage residents to choose the room that’s right for them. The home has a number of wonderful communal spaces, including two dining spaces, lounges, and within walking distance of St James Church (Church of England).

Trained cooks provide a daily varied menu of nutritious, tasty meals, which residents can have in the restaurant-style dining room or their own rooms, whichever they prefer. Special dietary requirements will be catered for.

Activities coordinators plan regular events so everyone is kept busy, though participation is entirely optional. There are daily events in the home as well as regular excursions. Residents and relatives are invited to attend the regular to planning meetings, to ensure that everyone's desires are being met.
